Did you find a Flagyll source in the US or are you in the UK?    I have been trying to build my "medicine cabinet" for our girls ever since we had a sick leghorn a few weeks ago (she is still convalescing inside in a dog crate...   At any rate I haven't had any luck with finding Flagyll to date.... I did find a site once you posted about your tabs being intended for pigeons but it seems to be a European site giving the prices in pounds rather than dollars.

We do have quite a "following" with our local vets... we keep reptiles so we have a local herp/exotic vet and our regular cat/dog vet. I haven't ever asked them for help with the chickens and am sure my husband would seriously roll his eyes if I start taking chickens for vet visits but I suppose it would never hurt to ask for their help if I need it... hopefully they would be willing to let me buy meds that are available over the counter but hard to find from them if they had them in stock.

I have a good relationship with a vet in my area, that will let me pick up anything that I need.
