Bloated chicken

My chicken looks all fluffed up has trouble standing wings floppy and has a swollen abdomen have checked vent seems clear the local vet seems to know nothing about chickens I have bathed her in warm water 3 times this is day 3 she has had some water and small amount of feed the vet said about giving her Epsom salts but didn't say whether to dilute in water or how much does anyone have any advise please

How old is your chicken?
Egg laying age?
If so, when is the last time she laid an egg.

Where is she bloated?
Belly area or crop area?

The Belly the crop is fine
She doesnt lay often just occasional have checked vent all clear She is proberbly about 4/5 if not older

Unfortunately is sounds like she may be laying internally.
She made have what is called ascites.
There is not cure but you can help her to feel better by draining some of the fluid.
