My one duck Tinny 10-12 weeks old is bloated and is very lethargic she goes into a trance and makes me carry her instead of walking with the other ducks.her belly is very swollen and hard I’ve never ran into this issue so I’m looking for help with this issue thank you. Here are some pictures, she might have gotten into some moldy food that they dumped out of there bowl i found on the ground two weeks ago .

The way she's standing, she definitely looks like she isn't feeling well.
Is it usually that muddy where you live? Not judging, but the wetness can contribute to certain diseases like aspergillosis, coccidiosis, and botulism for example - though botulism is usually quickly fatal as it's often not caught early enough.
As well, it can contribute to a worm overload.

Oh wait, I just looked at your first pic again with the poo - in the right corner is a bunch of string like things - those look like round worms? Or is it something else?

Not worms wet feathers, yes the rain has not stoped here every day for months on end there inside pen and house is dry just there outside pen is wet but nothing we can do about it. All the other ducks are fine, she also goes into a trance just stares and doesn’t move for hours.when the others are in the creek she just sits on my lap and she wont walk i have to carry her.

What does she eat?
Sometimes one duck will contract something or have issues and the others will be fine.
The symptoms are very general. So, just trying to help you narrow it down.
I live in a farming community and we have more vet options than groomers, but I'm not sure if many are specialized in poultry. However, almost all farm areas have local 4h clubs or an extension office where you could reach out and ask about a vet that can treat ducks.
