blood clotting for toes?

i clipped my roos toes and one started bleeding what is good to put on it to stop the bleeding? i put some vaseline on it. will that work or is there someting else that we would have in the house hold that will work?

you can use corn starch or flour, they make something called blood stop to, u can buy. hope this helps

thanks for the info, i'm sure i got some corn starch, it stoped bleeding anyways, but i still have one more foot to do so it still might come in handy !!!
