Blood. Feather??

I've only had chickens a few months and one has been limping for two days so I just caught her and checked out her foot, it's very dirty but I don't see anything weird except this long feather that's pink with no fluff at the end. Does it look like a blood feather? Can this be the cause of her limp? If so what do I do?

It's kinda hard to tell what it is from the picture... it most likely is a blood feather, but it almost looks like a bone

I'd wash all the muck off her foot so you can see what the problem might be more clearly. Be gentle though just incase it's injured.
