BLOOD FEATHERS HELP!

Hello, HELP!!!!!!!!
I have few Rhode Island reds and they are all in the molting process, anyway, I saw that the rooster was pecked on the tail feathers from the hens and the tail feathers were damaged from the pecking of the hens.

My question is: will the damaged blood feathers fall off and new healthy ones will come out????
Would the damaged pecked blood feather fall off and a new one emerge?

There is no feathers left on the tail, only the few that were damaged I was able to pluck them off. Hopefully the new feathers come in nice and strong. In the mean time the hens were separated from the rooster so he can feather up nicely.

If pin/blood feather is fully plucked out a new one will start growing very quickly.
