Blood Feathers?

So on an early post a few months ago I was informed that these were blood feathers. fine. But they have no gone away and infact now the feather casings on his feet feathers are turning a yellowish brown. Should I help him out with taking these off???

I gotta wonder "what's the problem? Is there any problem?"

Is the bird saying it hurts, or something? I have not understood whether the photos are showing a problem of any kind. Just looks like feathers to me.

Casings can take a while to fall off. He'll preen 'em away when he is ready.
