Blood in Chickens Droppings!!! HELP!!!!

I went into my chickens coop to gather eggs today and noticed blood in the chickens droppings. Only one little pile had it. The chickens all looked fine. Should I do anything? What could the problem be?

And if you think it is Cocci, can my dogs drink that water too? They share a water bowl.

Can you post some photos of the poop?

Personally I would make the Corid water source available to chickens only. No need for the dogs to drink it.

if they re all laying age it might possible be intestinal lining being shed. That is normal. Looks like blood but I agree, corrid cant hurt.
