Found some blood in the nesting area of the coop. There was 1 egg and blood on the two fake eggs I have in there. I checked bums and found nothing concerning, except for one of them had some poo stuck to their lower feathers. The vent looked fine tho. They've been laying since Dec 13, so they are about a month into it.

Sorry, Nacho refused to get out of the way for a photo. That's most of it tho, a little more where her tail feathers are and a little in the shavings but not much.

All present and accounted for
It doesn't look like an attack exactly. Or their would probably be feathers. But if all your hens are alive and well. I would just ignore it. Just keep a close watch on them to make sure none of them are bleeding.

You may check each of their combs for injuries. Comb injuries are common in chickens, and when it does occur, it often results in a decent amount of blood. The cool sensation of the blood on their comb often makes them "flick' their head which can result in a splattered look on walls.
