Blood in egg. HELP

Okay so I am hatching eggs duck eggs. It piped but I see blood is that okay.

IM scared it started dripping out. a little hes okay and moving but im scared.

the bloods kinda sticky though.

It should be fine. DONT HELP HIM. He might not have all of the yolk sac in his belly yet and needs the extra time to just hang out in the egg and finish baking so to speak. as long as you can see him moving, and he makes a little progress and things to get too dry just leave him be. He's been in an egg for 3 weeks, its gonna be a little messy when he comes out
