Blood in poop! What to do?

Yeah as soon as I learned about the moisture part I removed anything that could be holding it. They are on a wire bottom cage with wire front except for the back so they don't get too drafty. I keep a 100amp light on them at all times and there is plenty of room to walk around. I started the Corid Monday afternoon and just refilled their water yesterday afternooon starting their second gallon of water with it in there.

Algo, I'm a bit concerned about them being so young, and in a wire-bottom cage...are you sure they are warm enough?
