Blood in poop?

Ok,
So, I don’t know which chick left this dropping. I have 7 chicks that are all 6 weeks old. They are on medicated chick feed.

I was out in their triangle shaped chicken tractor, and noticed this. It was buried in their straw bedding, so I flipped it over. It looks like this.

They have access to fresh water. Last night I moved them permanently outside.
I hope everything is ok.
Do you know what is going on? Any treatment suggestions?

This looks more like the shedding of the intestine- which is normal. If it was a more brighter red, then it could be Coccidiosis.

No, not unless the same chick continues pooping like this. They shed every day I believe.
