Blood in "poop"?

Went out this morning and found this. I'm not completely sure what caused it and I wanted other's opinions on it before I try to treat it. Also advice for treatment is appreciated.

looks like a bit of intestinal lining; that's normal, no treatment needed.

Thank you I was wondering about that but I've had chickens for about a year and half now and this is just my first time seeing this so I worried.

I think it’s normal, I see one of those sometimes in my coop! Welcome to BYC!!
