We were so happy after getting our first eggs yesterday only to find what appears to be blood on some poop today.
Could this be coccidiosis?

Are any of your chickens acting sick? It's mid winter. Coccidiosis is not usually a problem this time of year when the ground is frozen.

The color is not quite the ruby red of blood from coccidiosis. It appears to be more the color of intestinal shed, which is harmless when appearing occasionally and in small amounts. But do watch the poop for more. Progressively large amounts can be a sign of bacterial infection in the intestines. And watch for any changes in behavior.

Thank you so much for this! I’ve been working outside all day so I could see their stools and so far they look okay and have been acting normal with eating and drinking just fine.
One of my hens (don’t know which yet) just started laying yesterday but other than that no new changes! Hoping it stays that way!
