Blood in poop?

This morning when I let my chickens out I noticed a pile of poo with a little blood in it. I haven't yet figured out which one it is but I am pretty sure it is one of our RIR's from the location of it.

Any advice?

Does any of them look sick to you? If it's coccidiosis, they will look sick.

No not at all. They all seem fine!

Maybe someone got pecked in the butt. I would just keep watching and see if it happens again.
