I have a blue andelusian hen who has been laying eggs with streaks of blood inside of them (in the egg white). I doubt that they're blood spots from fertilization; we haven't owned roosters in a long while and there's more blood than normal. I can't figure out what's going on, and I'm worried that this might mean something's wrong with the hen. Besides the blood in the egg, though, she acts perfectly healthy--she's pretty energetic and is eating just fine.
