Blood on egg.....is this ok?

Today when I gathered eggs from my 4 hens that I have, I noticed that one the eggs had a little bit of blood on it, is this normal or is she having a problem? Thanks for your help!

I am not sure but i have had this as well. My hens are fine and I assumed it was normal. Maybe someone else has an asnwer for us. Now you have me wondering. LOL

I have seen it from time to time over the years... never seemed to have any ill effect on the hen though.

Thanks for the responses. This was the 1st time it's happened since I've had her which is about 2 weeks (she's full grown) so I was hoping everything was fine which it does sound like it. Thanks again
