Blood on egg shell, what to do? *Picture*

our hen has been laying for 2 1/2 weeks consistently, The past four or five eggs have looked like this, should I be concerned? And what causes this? She is not laying in the nesting boxes. She lays out in the open in a corner of the coop.

I find blood on egg shells sometimes too. I think its just when a hen had a difficult time laying. If the problem does not persist then it is probably nothing to worry about.
