Blood on egg

Two of my Black Austrolorps just started laying last week. I have 5 but only two are laying. The eggs started out small but yesterday only one laid and it was a little bigger. Today both laid, one was bigger and pretty much the size I would expect. The second one laid an egg that was the same diameter but longer than a normal egg (Odd looking) and there was blood on the egg. Is the blood normal or should I be concerned???

My black sex link had the same problem. She was in the box forever. The egg was a little elongated & a smear of blood was on the egg. I think it's normal when they are first starting to lay to have some issues.
