Blood on egg

For about a week one of our hens has been laying eggs with spots of blood on them. Today's egg had a lot of blood. Any recommendations? She seems fine but I know chickens can seem fine and then go down fast.

On the outside of the egg generally means the cloaca is stretching out when passing the egg. Is it a young layer? It generally goes away after a week or so.

She is a little over a year old. She does lay the largest eggs of our little flock of silver laced Wyandottes so the stretching thing is a concern. Perhaps an Epson salt bath is in order. Thank you for your reply.
