Blood on Egg

Found an egg that was streaked with blood. Should I be concerned about one of my birds?

I occasionally find an egg like that, but don't have any sick or injured chickens from it. Just check everybody's vents to make sure there are no obvious injuries and keep an eye on everybody just in case.
