Blood on shell?

I am sure that this is addressed somewhere but apparantly I am not phrasing my search correctly.
Anyway, I am fairly new to all this chicken stuff and my hens have only started laying in the last couple of weeks. One hen occasionally lays an egg with what appears to be a small amount of blood on the end. She appears healthy otherwise. Is this something to worry about and if so what should I do?

I have had this before and if she has just started laying recently, I think it is ok. That's usually when I have seen it also. Yay, eggs!
