blood ring- ok or not ok?

I candled tonight and the eggs are on day 9 and one has a very visible blood ring. Should i toss?

Yes. That is not a viable egg.

If you're seeing this: http://animalscience.ucdavis.edu/Avian/images/Img0014L.jpg ...then definitely toss it. I've never had a blood ring hatch.
