I'm a first time incubator and am trying to learn as much as I can but I need a little help please.
I have an egg in the incubator I’m not sure about. It doesn't seem as developed as the others when I candle. The other embryos are moving and wiggling but this doesn't and I also can't see any veins. I can see a definite embryo shape in a round darker area that is clearly defined and seems to have a ring around it. I've been trying to figure out if it's a blood ring from pictures, Google etc but I can't tell if a blood ring is on the inside attached to the shell or floating inside like this egg of mine seems to be
I'm on day 9 of incubation
Thanks

Thought I'd try add pictures to get opinions on what's happening with this egg.

Hi thanks for replying
I did set them all on the same day that's why I was started to wonder about this one, it didn't have the same look as the others
:(
Good observation skills! It is important to remove quitter eggs early as they can compromise the others by their toxic content which sometimes even leads to an explosion.

Infertilized eggs rarely harm the others as thy do not contain toxic bacteria.

How many eggs did you set in total?

Definitely no veins/vessels you're right, so must be a quitter.
I put in 26 eggs, at candling on day 7 I took out an unfertile and one that was cracked but left this one in as I was unsure, I checked it again yesterday (day 9) and was still unsure so needed some advice!
Thanks again:)
