Okay.. I went to collect the eggs today and 5 out of 7 of the eggs have blood speckled and tiny blood streaks on the shell. These are not new layers...and it is not the "typical streaks" as seen on the odd egg.. or when you have a new layer. The only thing out of the ordainary is I suspect we had a skunk visiting last night, as when we woke up this morning there was a strong smell of skunk in the air.
Can anyone tell me whats going on with the eggs? should I be concerned? (I know the skunk is a concern put thats a different post all together
)
