blood spot in egg

i am getting some eggs with blood spots in them. What does this spot come from and will it go away or is it there because of something i am not doing. Thanks

You are not doing anything wrong at all. Blood spots are not harmful and are caused by the rupture of a blood vessel during formation of the egg. They are still edible. You can remove it with a knife. Its a "meat" spot. The problem will probably correct itself in time.
