blood spots in my eggs

I am so upset one of my best layers has blood spots in every egg she lays. What is this and will it go away?

I dont know, but I sometime get them in my eggs too.... Here is a bump, I like to know too.

I think blood spots happen from small capillaries bursting as the hen strains and makes an egg. It's harmless really, but it may always happen with that particular bird. Just fish it out and keep going.
