Blood stained egg?

Hello!
I have some hens who are just shy of one year old. They have been laying for quite some time. Today, when I went to collect the girls’ eggs, I noticed one of them had a fairly large bloodstain. The egg is fairly small (see picture below) and is in no means larger than usual.

I haven’t noticed any pecking or cannibalism going on, so can anyone tell me any other causes??

Although, I do get it maybe 1 time every week or 2, all my hens are 9 months.
