blood streak on outside of shell AND spot inside. what the...??

Is this something I should be worried about? there is blood on the inside of the shell as well.

It can only be from hen(s) from 1.5-2 years old

It's probably nothing to worry about. They're reaching the end of their highest productivity, and it's common to see it in hens that age.
