Bloody and runny poop

I have a barred rock that was bit by a dog months ago and lost its whole tail and it was a bloody mess but we gave her penicillin and she healed and has grown her tail feathers back but has been having runny and bloody poop lately. Any ideas on what is causing it?

Bloody poop is a sign of coccidiosis, a common and curable internal parasite. The treatment is amporillium, sold under the name corid. For the liquid 9.6% corid you will put 2tsp in their water for 10 days.
