bloody bare spot

We have three chickens. One of them has a very pink bare spot on her back side. It's a little bit bloody in a couple places. Any idea what might be going on?

They may be feather picking. What is the percentage of protein they are getting?

Post a picture! I am not an expert but definitely keep an eye on it and apply some blue kote as the other hens may peck at it and make it worse or even kill her. Sad that they do this but its true.

She's probably being picked on by another bird. You will need to put some Blu-Cote on the wound to make the others leave it alone. Isolation also works. Do you have a rooster? She could be being overbred and then the others would peck at any wound. Definitely deal with the problem immediately. Chickens can peck each other to death. Let us know how it turns out.
