bloody beak open mouth???

Hi, my favorite chicks and i went outside for about the 5th time. This time I noticed that my welsummers mouth was open, I thought she was hot so I put in her water and food and a little bit of shade. I took her out and brought her in the shade. on the top of her beak she has a little blood spot near the nostril. I hope she is ok and she is not dying but is she? Is this an emergeny or not. I have vitamins like terymacin for water should I take her away from the others? she is still peeping and eating though. she is 4 weeks if that helps.

could be simply that she got pecked by one of the other birds...do keep an eye on her though

she is the only different one out of the other 6 chicks but I also think she is their "leader" the superior. the RIR bow down to the welsummer. or its one of my "bantam" rir. One is soooo small compared to the others.
