Bloody beaks

Hi have three 10 week old barred rocks. One was having bloody poop so I have been treating them all for Coccidiosis. They have been on corid for 5 days. Today I noticed all three of them have cloudy beaks! Help!
I have attached pictures of them as well as their feeder and watered. I don’t think those are the problems. The fencing is 1/2inch hardware cloth.

Every single one has a bloody beak? Have you ever seen them trying to get grass on the other side of the fence through the wire?

Yes, all three have it.
There is really no grass in the other side. Some dried leaves right now...

Betting that they are trying to get at the grass thru the HC.
Better pics of that area, inside and outside the run walls, might help

There were some dried leaves between the wire and the boards on the outside of the run. I just cleaned that out. But other than that nothing tempting on the outside of the run.
inside their coop has nothing that I can imagine would cause it either.
maybe there was a critter in the leaves that they all wanted? I guess I just really want to be sure it isn’t disease related?

Your images are not showing up, but I agree with the others it does look like they may be sticking their beaks through the wire.
Generally I don't do anything to beaks like that unless another bird is picking at another's then I will wipe it off.
Leaves, grass, some type of bug crawling on the outside of the wire, etc. is enticing to them. It happens.
