Bloody Bottom

I have a Porcelain D'uccle that looks like she is pooing her intestines out. She seems to be constantly straining and what is hanging out is looks like her insides. All she seems to do is poo out blood. This just started within the past two days.

Thank you ddawn. I found exactly what I should do. Now to get to Walgreens for prep h, saline solution and ky. I really appreciate the help.
