Bloody bump on beak

She did get scalped a little bit behind her ear recently bc she got stepped on but she didn't have the bump on beak until recently been isolated for like 5 days bc of scalping, first time owning chickens google gave me fowl pox. Bleeding from bump when touched. Also last pic does the scalping look like it’s healing correctly?

Yes, the scalping looks to be healing.

The bump on the beak may be an injury from sticking the beak through wire, scraping it on a feeder, etc. Sometimes this can be a common injury.

Possible it's a Papilloma. Either way, hopefully it will heal o.k. on it's own. If you wish to put something on it, I'd use Iodine, just paint or gently dot it once daily.
