Bloody Egg - Bleeding hen

Hi so I walked out into the run a moment ago and found my hens pecking the underside of my top pecking order hen. She was pecked before ad pretty bad but I corrected the problem and she regained her status. That was months ago. So I now see she is bleeding pretty bad and I found a bloody egg in the coop. I'm assuming the blood may have come from pushing the egg out and the others just made it worse. She's out of the coop and into a cage. Now what should I do? There is also a bit of white yellow goo/water dripping from her.
