the egg is from one of our 3 lavender Orpingtons. Last night they all had baths since they were looking pretty gross and none had prolapses. We’ve been working on one’s feet since she has bumblefoot so the first day we thought just a bit of blood passing from stress but this is day 3 and it’s always the same markings of blood. My guess is an egg had a bump or a sharp spot that slightly wounded her vent internally but now how do we help that injury heal especially since we don’t see anything. I’m planning on getting a couple cameras so we can see who lays each egg so thatll help us find out who’s egg these are. Has anyone else had experience with this and how did you fix it?

How old are the hens?

There's not a lot you can do, hopefully this will resolve over time.
It ended up resolving a couple days after I posted the blood streaks getting smaller until no longer there. The hen I think laid the eggs is about 3 years old and had been through some stressful stuff for a couple weeks before it had started since we noticed she had one bubble foot and lice or mite eggs under her wings so I think must’ve been something to do with that or a lump on a shell

Good news! Thanks for the update!
