I have 6 hens and 2 roosters and one of the hens often lays bloody eggs. (maybe 50% of the time). My other 5 hens have never laid a bloody egg. Is it possible she is just the only one getting fertilized by the roosters? or is there another problem with her?
The one laying the bloody eggs is the most agressive of the bunch and she seems healthy.

some hens just tend to lay bloody eggs. Most the time it happens with young layers. She will be fine.

The blood on the egg does not mean that it is fertile. If they are all mature I would say all the hens are fertile, especially with the 6hens and 2roos. Most people estimate 1roo to every 10hens. But that is a round about number. Sometimes another roo is needed, and sometimes that 1roo can handle more than 10hens. Don't worry about that though as long as the roos are nice to each other and the hens. Some people say that adding sunflower seed to the diet helps lube and decreases/eliminates the amount of bloody eggs
