Week old Sebastopol. It was brooding with an older Seb and I think the older one was stepping on it?
So, they buggar won't keep a band-aid on, so I seperated him from the bigger goosie.
I have been putting neosporin on it. Should I do anything else??
Thanks
Christina

Keeping it clean and dry is most important. You can clean it with povidone iodine and NON pain relieving neosporin is just fine. The baby is adorable. I love sebs. It will be fine.

I cleaned it again, just with soap and water, and then neosporined it and wrapped it in gauze and used the clear packing tape to keep it dry. Crazy goose!!! I need to get more knee sized band-aids tomorrow, they seem to work the best. The other foot was torn too, but not as bad.
He can walk, is eating and drinking, so I guess he's okay. Grrrrr
Thanks for the help!
