Bloody Injury

Hi, one of my cream leg bars is about 2 years old and has this nasty bloody Injury? I'm not even sure if it's an injury or a tumor or something. It has gotten bigger over the last few days, it's a hard lump on her wing. We separated her but she is also pecking at it herself and making it worse. I tried to wrap it which lasted all of 5 minutes. She is acting normally. Any advice?

Does it seem like tissue or a joint? It looks shiny like bone or cartilage. I would clean it with Betadine or Equate First Aid Disinfectant and then use triple antibiotic ointment. Separate her in a dog crate with food and water. It might be best to see a vet asap to get it stitched and on antibiotics if that is down to the bone.
