Bloody looking egg

I'm at the end of day 17 so I was candling 1 more time before lockdown and I found a weird looking egg. The shell is fine, but inside it looks like there are blood patches all through it. It literally looks like blood streaked walls. The egg isn't as full as the others either. I'm using a seperate incubator for hatching, so I put it back into the original incubator. I'm guessing it's gone. Any idea why it would look all bloody?

I can't imagine ....but maybe it's on it's way to making a blood ring?
