Bloody Mucous in poop

Hi all, I’m hoping to get some insight...this morning, I found a poop that had both mucous type poo and bloody mucous. All five chickens are eating, drinking and acting normally. They’re around 18 weeks and I’m hoping close to laying, but no layers yet. They free range a few hours each day. Is this normal or beginning signs of sickness? Thanks.

Update for those searching for answers: I’ve been told it is normal intestinal shedding.
