I agree, I'd start Corid.

Please do post more photos of the hen and tell us about her. Has she laid an egg, should she have laid an egg?
Can you look at her vent to make sure it's not prolapsed?
When was the last time you dewormed?

She hasn’t laid but I think it’s just because it’s been snowy we took a look at her vent and all looks good she’s just under 2 years old. I think it’s probably coccidiosis

How old is she? Can you try to get some Corid or amprollium asap to start for treatment of possible coccidiosis? Dosage of Corid is 2 tsp (10 ml) per gallon of water for 5-7 days as the only source of water, and change it daily.
We will get Cori’s or amprollium tomorrow as it’s near midnight but should I put the whole flock on it or just her and once I get her on it can I put her back with the others or should I keep her separate until symptoms are gone

I would put her back with the flock and treat the whole flock with Corid as a precaution. It does no harm to treat them, but if she has an overload of coccidiosis it's possible some of the others may have a high load as well.

She’s sadly past last night with yellowish liquid coming out of her vent do u know what this was? I can post a photo

I am very sorry that you lost her. Is there any way that you can try and do a home necropsy to open her abdomen and examine her organs? Look at any fluid that comes out and especially look at and take pictures of the liver, the intestines, spleen, gizzard, and oviduct. Look for lash material or a tumor, spots or tiny cysts on the organs. Look for a large amount of fat on organs and any blood clots. Your state vet could also do a more professional necropsy and testing if you contact them while keeping the body cold in a cooler.
