Bloody nose and puffy eyes

Hi, around 3 months ago i had bought 3 Indian Runner ducks, which looked in fine shape and size. But 2 days ago the female indian runner (not sure what age) just died , we had found her in her pen on the floor dead. And before that the youngest indian runner which is around 25-30 weeks old now had bloody nose and puffy eyes, which we had put down to fighting with the other ducks (we have 10 more) , so yesterday we had put the indian runner in the duckling pen that i had made to see if he would go any better , he is looking better but now he seems partly blind in his left eye
so my question is, is it a virus or just fighting does he need treating or should we just leave him?

It sounds like the are being bullied. I thought about it being ILT virus because of the blood, but ducks apparently don't get that. Since I know very little about ducks, you may want to post on the duck forum here for better advice: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/threads/add/forumId/42
