Bloody Pip - HELP!

I noticed some blood in the water reservoir this morning. There is a pip on the egg near the reservoir, but it's all bloody. I think that is not a good sign. What should I do? Should I pull the egg? Is the chick inside likely dead? Will it contaminate the others? I have a baby chick walking around in there, born just last night.
