Bloody pip

i have a baby chick hatching and it just pipped but is bleeding. The chick is alive what do i do

I don't want to be the bringer of bad news unnecessarily. Is it an active bleed or just a little blood spot/smear?

Its pipped more since last night. It is alive still, just looks really bad

Dont do anything, I think at this point it's better to leave it in the incubator. If its bloody there's still veins in the egg and helping it would actually kill it. If it is still alive then it did not break a large vein and should be okay. When I had an egg that pipped a large vein, she bled out and died within minutes.

keep it warm under heat lamp till it fluffs up or in incubator if u can and wait it out , it should be up moving in a few hours or less.. hope it makes it

So sad. Im still waiting for progress i figured best chance it had is if i let it be my humidity in incubator is 79 is that to high
