Bloody poo, don’t know from who all I know is it’s one of my 5 mo chicks from Meyer hatchery. They are all acting great and perky? I checked crops and they seem ok.. there was also some poo with straw and grass in it (un processed) but idk who! Please help. Is it cocci? Just questioning because they’re not tired. I do have Corid, probiotics, and wormer on hand.

Pictures of the droppings please.
You wrote "intestines coming out" in your title. If that were the case, you would most assuredly know which bird it was. Perhaps it was a clump of roundworms you saw with a lot of sloughed off intestinal lining instead.

I took another look and I think that’s it sorry I meant in the poop I was very confused how that could happen. I added a picture. Did it not load for you?

I would go ahead and start Corid right away. Dosage is 10 ml (2 tsp) of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. The powder dosage is 1.5 tsp. It may or may not be the first sign of coccidiosis, but it is important to go ahead. It could be worms or something like the pullet swallowed something sharp. Let us know how they are getting along tomorrow.

Ok I started corid and gave them a small dosage of wormer in their food. Does it look like instestinal shedding?

I'd treat with the Corid at 2tsp of Liquid Corid or 1 1/2tsp Powdered Corid per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/supplements that contain B1(Thiamine) to the water or feed during the course of treatment.

You mention giving a "Small Dose" of wormer in the food - what was that and how much?

Do check vents to make sure none are prolapsed, picked or damaged.

I checked vents and crops but it looked kinda like instestinal shedding. Im giving them 2 tsp per gallon of corid and a un labeled wormer I got from a local co op that just says “poultry wormer” and says “1 capsule per 4 pounds”
