Bloody poo!

Ok i have seen 2 bloody poops in the past 2 days. There are NOT bloody poops all over. I have just seen 2 the past 2 days were they sleep. What could be the problem? No body seems to be acting sick. There are no bloody eggs. Just were they sleep. Whats goeing on!!!
