We hatched 15 chicks from our flock (who we also hatched and they never had cocci or illness). They are 4 days old.

From this hatch we had one stargazer, we treated with vit e & b complex as well as 2 drops over 2 days nutridrench, and the stargazing stopped (yay!). But now it's abnormally sleepy compared to the others. Still eating and drinking and pooping but not playing like the others. There's one other that's also abnormally sleepy and these two are always next to each other sleeping. This one seemed sleepier from the start, whereas stargazer was energetic at the start and became sleepy after treatment.

No bloody poops. No shipping stress because they hatched here. I wouldn't call them droopy at this point, but extra sleepy. Could cocci present like this? Should I give electrolytes if I've already given nutridrench? Yesterday I gave them egg but it didn't seem to make a difference. Thanks!

If the hens have any nutritional deficiencies than eggs will have them as well. I would keep up the daily electrolyte and see how it goes. Make sure my are eating a good fresh chick starter, and keep them confined so they are running around. I generally give my chicks two weeks before I start to let them out into a bigger area.

If they are eating, drinking and pooping fine than I don't worry about them. Give them time. They may have had a harder time hatching.
