Bloody poop? (GRAPHIC)

Hi guys!

I’ve been finding bloody droppings in the same general area in the mornings, after they roost at night. So it appears to be just one chicken having this problem. The droppings in these photos are all just from this morning. Can anyone differentiate this from cocci or intestinal shedding? Or does it look like something else? All chickens have been acting normal/healthy.

Thanks:)

Looks like intestinal shed.
Has the flock been dewormed?
I would either add some probiotics to their feed or start fermenting all or a portion of it.

No they haven’t been dewormed lately, but I was planning to soon. I was fermenting their morning feed, but it became too much extra work on top of the very inefficient setup we currently have. Once we get a new, more efficient coop/run I plan to start fermenting their feed again. I hadn’t thought of adding probiotics though for the time being, that sounds like a great idea!
